We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Course Enrollment and Payments
4.1 Course Fees
Course fees are displayed on our website and may vary by course type and duration. All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required before course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for your first lesson. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first lesson. For courses beyond the first lesson, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused lessons, subject to a cancellation fee.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes will not affect courses already purchased.
5. Student Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
As a student, you agree to:
- Attend lessons punctually and come prepared
- Treat teachers and other students with respect
- Complete assignments and participate actively in lessons
- Use appropriate language and behavior during lessons
- Not record lessons without explicit consent from all participants
- Not share login credentials or course materials with unauthorized individuals
- Provide accurate information about your learning goals and proficiency level
6. Lesson Scheduling and Cancellation
6.1 Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled through our online booking system. You are responsible for booking lessons according to your course package.
6.2 Cancellation by Students
You may cancel or reschedule lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged as completed lessons.
6.3 Cancellation by Uplift Tunnel
We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to teacher unavailability, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Cancelled lessons will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6.4 No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior cancellation, the lesson may be marked as completed and charged accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Content
All course materials, content, and resources provided by Uplift Tunnel are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use these materials solely for your personal learning purposes.
7.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our course materials
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Use our materials for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
7.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit during courses, but grant us a license to use such content for educational and service improvement purposes.

9. Technology Requirements and Support
